Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Oklahoma City, OK)

Northwind Umber Hospitality is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
