Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Oklahoma City, OK)

Northwind Clear Arts Center is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visitor services. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
