Bright Glen Legal Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for intake forms, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on intake forms. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
