Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Oklahoma City, OK)

Amberfield Drift Legal Group provides legal services in Oklahoma City across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on court deadlines. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
