Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Oklahoma City, OK)

Redstone Orchard Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Oklahoma City focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 217 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
