Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Rowan Freight Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
