Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (New Orleans, LA)

Rivermark Fox Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around New Orleans, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 361 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
