Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (New Orleans, LA)

Cedar Quill Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the New Orleans area, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
