Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Nashville, TN)

Harborlight Vale Medical is a Nashville company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
