Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Nashville, TN)

Amberfield Junction Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Nashville area. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
