Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Nashville, TN)

Harborlight Bridge Legal Group provides legal services in Nashville across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
