Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Corner Pharma and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
