Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Milwaukee, WI)

Northwind Lakeside Environmental Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 150 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
