Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Nova Hollow Environmental Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 448 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
