Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Miami, FL)

Cedar Umber Civic Services works with county and city offices around Miami. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 365 people based in Miami. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on procurement. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
