Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Miami, FL)

Greenridge Linden Farms is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on packing house output. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
