Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Memphis, TN)

Redstone Amber Early Learning is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 80 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
