Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Memphis, TN)

Silverline Union Farms is an agricultural business based around Memphis, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
