Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Silverline Legal Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 211 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client files. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
