Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Basin Banking Services Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on card disputes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
