Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Memphis, TN)

Ironwood Amber Press produces print and digital publications in Memphis, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proofing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
