Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Memphis, TN)

Greenridge Cedar Health is a healthcare provider in Memphis with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
