Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Memphis, TN)

Highbridge Juniper Health Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
