Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Memphis, TN)

Nova Lantern Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Memphis, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 88 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
