Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Memphis, TN)

Fernwood Pine Community Partners runs community programmes across Memphis, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 72 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
