Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Memphis, TN)

Westbrook Birch Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Memphis with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
