Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Nova Iron Water Authority and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter reading. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
