Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Memphis, TN)

Bluepeak Keystone Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Memphis region. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on usage data. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
