Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Memphis, TN)

Bright Ashton Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Memphis, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fraud alerts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
