Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Madison, WI)

Redstone River Staffing is a Madison staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people based in Madison. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
