Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ridge Medical Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
