Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Madison, WI)

Westbrook Harbor Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Madison. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on reviews and feedback. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
