Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Silverline Willow Community Partners and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
