Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Northwind Meadow Housing Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent assistance. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
