Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Sparrow Banking Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account openings. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
