Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Knoxville, TN)

Stonegate Meadow Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Knoxville. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
