Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Kansas City, MO)

Clearpath Rowan Health is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
