Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Kansas City, MO)

Foxglove Basin Environmental Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 171 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
