Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Kansas City, MO)

Cedar Haven Pharma develops and makes medicines in Kansas City, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 633 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
