Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Kansas City, MO)

Cedar Drift Health Group is a healthcare provider in Kansas City with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
