Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Oak Health is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
