Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Lumen Cross Legal Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on intake forms. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
