Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Kansas City, MO)

Fernwood Fox Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Kansas City area, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
