Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Kansas City, MO)

Harborlight Kestrel Early Learning runs childcare centres in Kansas City caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
