Silverline Timber Early Learning is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 183 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
