Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Kansas City, MO)

Lumen Stone Freight is a Kansas City logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 297 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on carrier rates. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
