Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Ironwood West Farms Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
