Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Jackson, MS)

Summit Umber Legal Group is a law firm in Jackson serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on intake forms. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
