Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Jackson, MS)

Highbridge Beacon Early Learning is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
