Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Jackson, MS)

Westbrook Iron Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Jackson, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 602 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on policy renewals. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
